custom mastheads and styles

Some of the best wetpaint sites seem to have customized their sites to an extent that doesn't seem possible according to the list of wetpaint features. For example, check out 'nascarfans'...

Specifically, how do you set the images used for the toolbars (Navigation, Navigate by Keywords, Page Toolbox etc) and how do you set the background image for the entire page like they've done on the nascarfans site?

The biggest drawback of wetpaint at the moment is the lack of cool looking styles (compared to, say, blogspot). But at least being able to customize the images I mentioned would be good. Is this possilble??

Thanks!

At this time, Wetpaint does not allow site creators to edit the CSS file to create custom designs and styles. You may change the site “skin” (its background design style and colors) at any time by choosing from the 18 site design options currently offered for Wetpaint sites.

You can also customize the masthead of your site by uploading a logo or image file. (Wetpaint supports .jpg, .gif, and .png formats.)
